  1. How long does it take to activate ilied.sg subscription?

    If by Post, ilied.sg Activation is done within the same day after we have received your application together with payment. We will notify you via email with your User ID and Password.

  2. What happens when my subscription expires within a year?

    The pricing model we have is based on 100 hours time-usage or 12 months, whichever expires earlier. If your subscription expires within a year, this means that your time-usage has been fully utilized and need to be renewed. We offer 100-hours Plan at $3000.

  3. How do I apply for ilied.sg subscription or to renew my subscription?

    For your convenience, you can submit ilied.sg Subscription Form to us together with your payment. We will notify you once your account is activated or renewed.

  4. Can I share my account with others?

    ilied.sg service is offered strictly on an individual subscription basis.

  5. "Concurrent usage of an account is not allowed or you did not logout properly." message when i login. What does that mean?

    ilied.sg service does not allow concurrent login. Only one user can login at a time. This message will also appear if you did not log out of ilied.sg properly using the "Logout" button. You may continue to login 10mins later.

  6. On renewal of ilied.sg subscription and I have balance of hours, will I be able to bring the remaining hours over?

    ilied.sg will roll-over only the remaining unused hours on preceding year subscribed hours to the renewed period.

  7. I am a new subscriber to ilied.sg and need help?

    At ilied.sg, we care for our subscribers to ensure that they are proficient in using ilied.sg Services. ilied.sg User Guide is available and can be downloaded after you have successfully login.

  8. What are the internet browsers that ilied.sg support?

    ilied.sg supports the following internet browsers: Internet Explorer 6 and above,Mozilla Firefox, Goggle Chrome and Safari 4.

  9. After login, I am not able to see more information as though that ilied.sg is frozen or hanged?

    Please see items 4 and 5 on our Technical Support page. If the problem is unresolved, we are able to assist if you bring in your computer.

  10. What if I forget my password?

    On the Home Page where you login your ilied.sg account, below it, click on 'Forgot Password' and this will open up for you to enter your NRIC and sent to your registered email. We will email your registered password.

  11. How do I change my password / email account, or view my unused subscription hours?

    On the Home Page where you login into your ilied.sg account, below it, click on ‘Account Setting’ and this will open up a new page whereby you are able to change your password, update your email account and also view your unused subscription hours in your account. In order for you to access into ‘View / Edit Account’, you are required to enter your User ID (NRIC) and Password.

  12. What happened if I forget to log-out?

    ilied.sg Server is smart to detach any signed-in session that remains inactive for 15 minutes, will automatically end the session. You will not be able to login for a period of 10mins should you failed to logout properly using the "Logout" button.

  13. Will I be able to print data from ilied.sg?

    It is possible to print ilied.sg data that you see on-screen. You can choose to print using print command from your internet browser or simply just perform a screen print.

  14. Can ilied.sg search for unlisted numbers?

    So long that the property owner is either a company secretary, shareholder or director of a registered company in Singapore, and there is a match, ilied.sg will provide you an alternative contact number. Amicus Private Limited has mobile numbers of property owners and are available for sale.

  15. Can I search by Name/NRIC to find out the Person?

    Yes.

  16. Will ilied.sg be able to provide legal advise relating to contractual disputes?

    As bonus service to ilied.sg Subscribers, ilied.sg offers oral legal advise on matters relating to property tenancy, dispute and resolution.Call our hotline at 6538 3038 and ask for William Lai.

  17. Can we use your database reports as proof in court or government agencies?

    ilied.sg is a commercial concern and the data are not reflective of any governmental bodies or agencies. However the data are provided on a best effort accuracy and are persuasive evidential value in courts.
